FemtoControl dispersion compensator |
femtoControlIt is an automated unit suitable for femtosecond laser pulse dispersion control. The standard product mainly works in the titanium sapphire laser band. For two-photon or three photon applications, customized solutions can also be provided to customers. Femtosecond laser pulses introduce dispersion when passing through any optical material, resulting in pulse broadening and a decrease in laser peak power, leading to poorer experimental conditions. FemtoControl introduces reverse dispersion compensation through prisms installed internally on the motor, and continuously adjusts to counteract the broadening effect of the optical system on the pulse. Positive dispersion of optical materials leads to pulse broadening Prism introduces negative dispersion Dispersion compensation enables pulses to reach the sample perfectly FemtoControl parameters: |
